• Purpose:                 To purchase a home

• Eligibility:            Borrowers need to do the following  –  
• • If a first time homeowner, must complete a Home Buyer Education class  
  • If a refinance, the new mortgage must benefit the borrower with lower loan payments  
  • Meet with one of our loan officers who will assist you with completing a loan application  
  • Personal income level used to qualify for the loan must be within program guidelines  
  • Other criteria may apply
